Greenwood Place was very pleasant. It didn't have brand-new carpeting, but it was spotlessly clean. The community was very impressive and very nice. The people were very knowledgeable. I was impressed with them. The staff seemed to be very caring. They had everything available. They had nurses, they had physical therapy, areas for dinners for families, and they had an outside courtyard to protect the patients. It was very nice. I liked it.

The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. I don't have experience with the meals. My only problem is that they don't sort laundry per person very well; I would find my loved one wearing clothes that I didn't recognize. Not a huge problem, just weird. Housekeeping in the rooms is hard to ...

The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. I don't have experience with the meals. My only problem is that they don't sort laundry per person very well; I would find my loved one wearing clothes that I didn't recognize. Not a huge problem, just weird. Housekeeping in the rooms is hard to judge, since my loved one would go to bed at any time of day, if she was bored, so bed would be unmade. Mostly good, though. Communication with the family is very good, with texts and calls after doctor or therapy visits. I would highly recommend this facility to family and friends.

I'm pretty much done with Greenwood Place. Especially the charges, $[removed] per month. Everything has happening to make this not a good experience for us, all in a three months time frame. I've not tasted any meals. There are no choices for the meals. It's usually a head nod and we'll take ...

I'm pretty much done with Greenwood Place. Especially the charges, $[removed] per month. Everything has happening to make this not a good experience for us, all in a three months time frame. I've not tasted any meals. There are no choices for the meals. It's usually a head nod and we'll take care of it when there are questions or requests made to the staff. Then my loved one had a bad accident or wasn't checked like they should've been and had feces running into their shoes. That made a terrible mess. We had to remove my loved one's shoes and clean them. The community has even told me they were going to evict my loved one. They don't even have a wheelchair yet, but it's coming.

When I went into this, I wasn't expecting Mom to be in memory care. It's sad that she needs that, but it's just where she is in life. I would like to see some kind of a buddy system where they pair up residents so they have someone to sit with and interact with. Overall, I think they do a good jo...

When I went into this, I wasn't expecting Mom to be in memory care. It's sad that she needs that, but it's just where she is in life. I would like to see some kind of a buddy system where they pair up residents so they have someone to sit with and interact with. Overall, I think they do a good job. I like the staff. The woman who tends to my mother is very good with her. Any concerns I've had were addressed and corrected immediately. I like that they keep the residents active and involved. They have various activities, and recently they brought in Elvis for entertainment. Most importantly, Mom is smiling and happy when I come to visit.
