Less than 1 star is what I’d rate this AWFUL excuse for a nursing home. From the front door to the nursing stations, all you see is groups of employees on phones and talking to each other. When I went to retrieve her belongings, they were brought to me (wet from rain exposure) and I was told that NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE to help me. No wonder my nephew called the Cobb County police to do an elder abuse wellness check for my sister. No respect given to patients nor family. The state should go in and take a look. It’s HORRIBLE

What a joke!!! Do better PruittHealth! Update....as of 2023 AJ the past administrator was employed for Empire Care Center at the Austell GA location. Don''t apply to work for that company either because it''s no better than Pruitt Health.

Medical needs are met adequately. However, social and personal needs are not. There are few activities and those residents who require assistance to get out of bed are left out. The maintenance is horrible! Grounds are not maintained. The courtyard, designed for the residents, is a joke. Residents have to beg to go out. They have no way to get back in. So, no one used the lovely courtyard that is shown when tours are made. Trash and pots everywhere. The pots are empty holding water making a breeding ground for mosquitoes and mold. TV sets, beds, window coverings, nightstands, chairs are old and have been poorly patched or made to work in some haphazard manner. Considering the amount of money that flows into this facility, this is absolutely unacceptable. Food is repetitive and barely edible at times. The nurses are good; however the administration is poor. CNA’s are a mixture of excellent to terrible. I have filed grievance after grievance at all levels to no avail!
