They have field trips on the bus, bingo, nail painting, art, music appreciation, movies, and football. It's just great. They have a memory center and it was an effortless transition for my friend. Its extemly well run. A nurse and nurse practitioner is on duty. Any issues that residents have is addressed immediately. Every is well taken care of. The Executive Director knows every single resident by name and interacts with the family.
Read moreI toured Atria Mableton and overall had a good first impression and tour experience. it came down to Atria and another community. we chose the other community because Atria could not provide the level of care that my loved one needed.
This community was out dated and not taken care of. It just seemed to be beat down and in good shape. It isn't that old so its just has not been up keep. The tour was very nice just the facility was not.

We had seen a few other communities in person, and we were actually not able to see this one in person due to the covid restrictions. However, the staff was very consistent with reaching out to us, checking on how our family is doing during the decision process. They were not pushy and that ultimately made our choice. They offer a lot of great activities and do a good job keeping the residents active and engaged. We definitely think the value for cost is worth it.

Our family had a virtual experience and Atria was up in our top two choices. The staff was really nice and knowledgeable, but we were just not really sold on the building itself. The accommodating were just not as feasible as the other community we were looking at, and the bathrooms here just had a chair in the shower, when the other community had a bench built into the wall that we liked better.
