My dad is in there for care currently march 8th 2024 just got notified of his mistreatment and neglect from the overnight staff including they hid the call button from him under the mattress, this is neglect and abuse from the overnight staff. Not everyone there is bad but apparently they need to address these issues and seems from past patients reviews I''m reading and hearing about this overnight staff I wonder how they would feel left soiled in there own poop and pee overnight until the next shift arrives. And not attend to the patients just sit there talking and laughing it up while they earn a paycheck.

This place is really a bad place please i hope people dont let there loved ones get stuck in this place poor service every worker there has an attitude and you have to make an appointment before you can go see anyone like really what are they like hiding and when you call no one knows what they are talking about or they simply dont answer you ask to speak to a supervisor or a case manager and they dont answer or return calls our friend has been trying to come home and we paid the amount that he owed this facility and they like keep trying to find every way to keep him so they can collect its all about money with this place
