DO NOT USE FOR REHAB!! My mom was there for 1 1/2 months and she is worse now than she was when she got there. I had went to several directors with my concern of my mom being dehydrated and having a UTI. They would not give her an IV as I had requested as they said the blood work shows no dehydration even though she had symptoms and it took 5 days for them to get a urinalyses done and would not give my mom antibiotics until they receive the culture which was another 72 hours. They would not allow me to take her to the ER so finally this passed Friday they released her and I took her straight to the ER she is currently in the hospital for SEVERE dehydration and a SEVERE UTI which in the elderly is very dangerous and makes them delusional and mean. She is back to being weak and will have to go through rehab all over again.

I went to the desk to ask a question and the person at the desk kept talking about her handbag business and ignored me for a couple of minutes, then ...
