My father, Mark, had a knee replacement surgery a few years ago, after which he had undergone rehab and recovery process at the Promenade Rehab Center. We had a great experience with the facility then. Unfortunately, this year he was diagnosed with the throat cancer and had the trach tube installed to enable his breathing. There was a complication with his trach, and as the result, he was referred to Promenade for recovery and trach management during the completion of his radiation and chemotherapy treatment, as well as the resultant recovery. Once again, we sincerely appreciated all the care and attention my father received at Promenade during his recent stay there. In addition, the Promenade Rehab Center has a dedicated respiratory floor where the staff is especially trained, among other things, in respiratory care and trach management. The rooms on this floor are fully equipped with the necessary equipment to render excellent care for the patients. From an exceptionally smooth admission process to the continuous daily care he received, this rehab process has been instrumental for my father''s recovery and discharge home. The rehab staff meticulously worked to arrange transportation to and from my father''s medical treatments, administered the necessary medications and provided the necessary critical supplies for his trach management. In addition, the knowledgeable and skillful physical therapy team focused on getting my father back on his feet. Once again, our sincere gratitude to the staff of Promenade facility''s respiratory floor and physical therapy team as well as all the Promenade personnel for their care and attention. We sincerely appreciate all the care and attention my father received. Starting with an exceptionally smooth admission process, flawlessly handled by Bella, the Admissions Director, to the continuous daily care he received, this rehab process has been instrumental for my father''s recovery and discharge home in a good condition. The physical therapy team led by Margaret was knowledgeable, skillful and focused on getting my father back to his feet, and the therapy sessions with Fabian, Tina and others were extremely helpful. Once again, our sincere gratitude to Bella, Margaret, Fabian, Tina, Michelle, the head nurse, and all the Promenade personnel for their care and my father''s speedy recovery.

The facility is visibly dirty with obvious water damage on the ceiling and walls. There were over 20 dead flys in the resident bathroom. The staff are forced to work double and triple shifts with regularly 1 CNA to over 10 patients. Residents get no say in their dietary choices. If the floors in the...

The facility is visibly dirty with obvious water damage on the ceiling and walls. There were over 20 dead flys in the resident bathroom. The staff are forced to work double and triple shifts with regularly 1 CNA to over 10 patients. Residents get no say in their dietary choices. If the floors in the rooms are so dirty I can not imagine what the kitchen looks like. It so poorly managed and the residents are the ones who suffer.

I went for a tour at this facility and felt at ease. I have a family member on the vent and when I asked all my questions they knew what they were talking about. Made me feel better knowing my family member will be in good hands. The staff and administrator are dedicated on making the facility a better home for the patients. I can’t wait for the new rehab for my family member looks beautiful. The admissions staff are sweet and friendly. I believe I made the right choice on choosing this nursing home.
