As a family full of healthcare providers, this place is atrocious and does not care for its patients. A few years ago, my 96 year old grandfather was placed here for physical and occupational therapy to gain his ability to walk again after a short hospital stay. During this time, little physical therapy actually took place. During this time, He stated that the workers were never around, which was problematic. One night, we came to visit him with him having tears in his eyes because he was so distraught. He had been calling for a nurse with the button and yelling to staff walking through the hallway for help. He waited for seven hours and could not use the restroom without any help. The staff set him in the corner room and forgot about him. We decided as a family to remove our grandpa, to which the staff gave us a hard time in removing him. We responded that this was unacceptable, and we would take him elsewhere where he would receive proper physical therapy, which was at Sitrin. There we had a LOVELY experience and my grandfather was thankful, and happy to be out of presbyterian homes.

To lose my Mom has been THE saddest experience in my life, and it did not even compare to the cancer treatment I received during the same time. After Mom passed, the Social Worker reported that Mom was very depressed. I was my Mom''s health care proxy. Why was I told this AFTER Mom died? When Mom left Presbyterian Home and was moved to St. Luke''s ''Comfort Care'' the Head Nurse reported Mom had a very deep bed sore as well as C-Diff. These diagnoses prove poor care. I am left to live with much regret and anger toward the Presbyterian Home. Please pay attention to the reviews that report facts. Do not trust that your loved one is being cared for as they try to portray.

My mom was in this place because I thought it was reputable. My mistake. My mom wasn''t bathed properly. Her hair wasn''t shampooed. She didn''t get any help cleaning her dentures. I was picking up her clothes because I wanted to use our laundry detergent. I was late picking up her clothes. The staff brought her dirty clothes back and put them back into her dresser. This type of care is rather disgusting. To top it off her prescription glasses were stolen. The home tried to put the blame on my mom for losing them. My mom was under 14 day quarantine due to covid-19. She knew exactly what she did with her glasses. I wanted full Reimbursement for the glasses but only received 1/2 of what my mom paid for her glasses. This was wrong. It wasn''t my mom''s fault that they were stolen. I couldn''t wait to get her out of this p.ace. I would reccomend anyone go there. It''s horrible
