When I spoke to Jordana (owner of Preferred Care), I got a very good vibe and sense that this would be the one. This was my first experience at this and everything I heard sounded right. We decided to go with this agency. The whole thing was set up flawlessly -- from the home assessment, to the aide etc. Very professional. We live at a time when one can find services from any number of vendors/providers. The only thing that sets one apart from another is the quality of care/service.
