What we like the most about the Poway Garden Senior Living community is the staff, they are very kind and they gave excellent care and good services. The food that is prepared for the meals are good. The community is very clean and the personnel is wonderful.
My loved one refuses to go to any out of the house activities so I can't really rate that. Activities in house seem to be ok. They don't seem to be able to help me get her clothes or other needs and I love out of state with no way to return what she doesn't like or what fits. They don't seem to be a...
My loved one refuses to go to any out of the house activities so I can't really rate that. Activities in house seem to be ok. They don't seem to be able to help me get her clothes or other needs and I love out of state with no way to return what she doesn't like or what fits. They don't seem to be able to control what she eats and she has gained 20 pounds in 1 year. At [fee removed] a month I think I should be getting more help as my loved one is self sufficient and doesn't require help with anything.

So far they are great! Very clean facility. Very friendly. They give my husband wonderful care. They have a new chef, and the food is better. The caregivers are very attentive. The place is less crowded. They keep the residents active with music, bingo. TV, coloring books. The cost is less and more reasonable than our previous rent. Overall I do recommend Poway Garden. They are friendly and very helpful.

My father was a resident, was left unattended, climbed a fence and passed away. Check Social Services website to get information.
