My mom stayed here had aorta rip and Alzheimer''s the nurses and hospice took good care of her
Day staff was outstanding, they were short handed and sometimes at night or on weekends didn''t feel my mom got the best care

It was the most awful time of my life. It took me 5 days to make the staff realize that I was not an old woman and that I did not have dementia. I am a very active and fit and sharp 71 year old. My meds came at all different times and I had to ask for them, esp at night.the food was terrible. Mostly either cold or something I could not eat. I was there for 5 days before anyone can up from the kitchen to see what foods I liked. And it was only then after breaking down with the desk and with my husband that any resolve happened. I was unable to sleep for the first 5 days due to loud TV''s playing all night in the rooms surrounding me. (I was eventually moved to a quieter location.) The only positive there was the PT/Rehab. They had me up and moving on crutches quickly so I could go home. It was not a pleasant 10 days. Diane Gronbeck

There is one particular CNA that I would like to mention and her name is Becca. I could write a book about her. She is absolutely amazing! She brings a lot of joy into my dad‘s life. She is always coming in with a smile or singing a song. She is definitely a ray of sunshine! Port rehab is so very lucky to have somebody like her!!! Becca pours her heart and soul into all of her patients. Thank you Becca for treating my dad with such dignity and respect and putting a smile on his face. You are definitely an asset to Port rehab. ♥️♥️♥️
