My name is DJ Tony Tone and I recently DJ''d a 70''s themed dance event for Crystal Health & Rehab. I was blown away by the warm welcome I received from the Residents and the amazing staff. The first thing I noticed was how well the Residents and facility was taken care of. The decorations for the 70''s dance were amazing and well thought out. The Residents had the best time and the staff were totally engaged in assuring that the Residents had anamazing time, and even personaly assisted them in dancing, and went as far as dancing with them while dancing them around in their wheelchair. Kara and Iris did an incredible and totally professional job at coordinating the dance. I look forward to returning to DJ for The Crystal Health & Rehab Residents and staff in the very near future. I would definitely recommend Crystal Health & Rehab to anyone needing this type of love and care.

My mom is a resident at Kent regency. My heart is broken we are unable to keep her home but the staff on her wing (b) are so very good to her. I have made sure everyone knows to call day or night never a bad time and they do. I want to be able to know if I’m not there someone will call me if she becomes upset or very confused for any reason. Dementia is taking its toll on her memory increasing the need for her to feel safe and she does! The staff who care for her have told me they sometimes get her French fries as a treat on shower night because she does not like showers. She loves ice cream and she has this often. This is what makes this whole Thing a little easier. Will I say it’s perfect no, my house is the perfect place for her but I am glad those who do care for her are so good to her. I feel it is time for a facelift to a more cheery and homey atmosphere (which would set them apart from all the other nursing homes as they also could use an update ). Unfortunately, my immediate family members have been in 3 different nursing homes in Warwick all similar decor. It is a very clean place which is as important as the staff. It work . Briana in the Business Office was so patient and kind while I was working through the Medicaid process for months. If anyone is looking for a place for someone very special , I could only hope they have such wonderful caregivers as Brook,Rocky and April and the outstanding CNA’s who have cared for my mom for almost 2 years. It’s a tough decision to move someone so special but I feel we made the right choice.
