If I could give no starts, I would. This facility has been negligent and damaging to my grandfathers health. If you can find another facility, I would recommend steering clear of here.
Our mother was moved to Pisgah Manor after a broken hip required skilled nursing. This was during the COVID days, and they gave her excellent care. They also made it possible for us to see her often and to celebrate her last birthday. We are all grateful for Pisgah Manor.
I am currently receiving rehab services at this facility. The facility is clean and comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly. I have enjoyed my stay so far.
I have been working with therapy services at this facility for about 2 weeks now. I am extremely pleased with the staff and care that I have received. I would return if necessary.
My dad was in assisted living at pisgah, then moved up to skilled nursing as his dementia has progressed. Everything has been great and he''s as happy as can be expected.
