I would highly recommend avoiding this facility for assisted living services. While the caregivers and ancillary staff for the most part are very kind and caring, the management is a revolving door unlike anything I ever witnessed in over 30 years in Healthcare. This corporation is obviously a real estate development whose return on investment is their primary objective. “Family serving Families” is an impossible concept since the staff is stripped down to a skeleton crew. Upon visiting the facility frequently over 7 years , I witnessed many examples of cost saving measures. Visitors will be greeted to a locked entrance with no concierge, unkempt grounds and stained carpets. The food service quality has declined since the facility opened. Caregivers are unable to provide the level of care residents are paying for. Assistance with showers was not provided on a regular basis. Routine care declined due to lack of adequate staffing, while being assured by management that they were staffing according to state guidelines. Over the years I witnessed an increased number of administrative staff and a decrease in caregivers. Each new change of administration ushered in a new set of unfulfilled promises. Many of the reviews below are from employees. 3 months after transferring my mother to another facility, I realize how important it is to offer my experience with others.

My Mother-in-law loves her apartment. It''s the perfect size and the kitchen is lovely. The staff, especially Micaela, Kevin and Liz at the desk on weekends are exceptional. Also maintenance is awesome. I can''t remember his name but he gets on the repairs asap. The activities are engaging and fun. Now for the food... The lunches are horrid! Hamburger casserole consisted of a chopped up hamburger and a chopped up roll in a bowl. A Reuben made with pastrami the consistency of rubber. A pea and cheese salad that seemed way out of date. Come on kitchen staff. You can do better than that.

Kelley Freeman, Heather Dicus and the entire staff at Harmony at Reynolds Mountain are great to work with! The energy and positive atmosphere at Harmony are wonderful! The partnership between Harmony and S.O.S. (Senior Oral Health Services) has grown significantly in 2023! As an added benefit, S.O.S. worked together with Heather Dicus on installing an Oral Care Life Station for the Memory Care residents. It provides hands on experience for demonstrating brushing teeth and a lot of information for preventative oral care steps. S.O.S. is excited to continue bringing weekly preventative oral services to the residents at Harmony at Reynolds Mountain!

I’m new at Harmony and this is a fantastic place to work. I’ve never felt so involved, helpful, and respected! I’ve never worked at a place as wonderful as here! I absolutely love it here!

When we first walked into Harmony at Reynolds Mountain, no one was there to greet us for about 15 minutes. They didn't seem to know that we were coming. Finally, someone else toured us around. She was very nice and very knowledgeable, but the place was old and small. All they had was apartments. They didn't have any homes. The place was for someone who's 90 years old, not 70, and we're not interested in something like that, but the place was clean enough.
