BEWARE!! This place is terrible. They fail to provide even basic human services. I'd give them ZERO if I could for staff and value. To pay over 4K per month to have feces left on the bedding for days NO THANK YOU.

I liked that Pine Grove Crossing had a lot of amenities. They had a gym, physical therapy, a game room, a spa area, and everything. They seemed very caring and hands-on. What I didn't like was that it was a blended care. I think it's three stories and so it had assisted living and memory care. I felt like it was just too many things in one form. It's great for other residents so they can just kind of keep moving on, but for us, we liked a memory care only facility better.

I have been extremely pleased with Pine Grove Crossing. My loved one is not easy to take care of right now. He's on hospice and needs help with absolutely everything at this point. The staff are very responsive if you ask them to do something. They're helpful, and they all care. If something isn't right, if you talk to them about it, they correct it. I don't think you can ask for more than that.
