WITHHOLDING MEDICATION IS NOT LEGAL!!!! The CNA’s didn’t provide warm water and for an entire weekend they had bath facilities locked up. More staff is needed to be hired or this facility needs to be shut down.
Pillars of north county never have enough help and it''s so messed up when the Administrator, the D.O.N and the A.D.O.N leave knowing they have one aide and one nurse in the building. All of them are nurses they can at least stay until 7 or 8 to make sure everyone gets laid down and their medication...

All of them are nurses they can at least stay until 7 or 8 to make sure everyone gets laid down and their medication. I have to change my mom my self it''s not right. I know staffing is a problem that''s why your D.O.N and the A.D.O.N and also the Administrator should work an evening shift until you get the staffing together.

I commend EVERY nursing home!! The workers who get out of their beds to go and look after the family members that were abandoned, and yet the family members whom abandoned them get on here, complaining about any and everything... Keep in mind that your loved one is under the care of others because YOU DONT WANT THE COMPLICATED JOB!! EVERY nursing home is understaffed and trying their best to stay above water DUE TO THE PANDEMIC!! So keep your complaints to your self or take earl and Hattie home WITH YOU!!! THE NERVE OF YOU PEOPLE(the complainers)

Don''t ever send your clothes to the laundry or they gone. Other than that, it was a good experience. The Therapy Department is Top Notch !!! And the staff was good,but was always short staffed ,which made it rougher!!
