This is absolutely the worst place On the planet I have ever seen taken care of loved ones. If my moms friends or I wouldn’t have been there she would have starved to death and or died because her oxygen tube was laying on the floor once and they let her oxygen tank run out the first time. She kept saying she wanted to die instead of staying there. I had them call an ambulance to get her out of there because it was on a weekend but at least I got her someplace safe. ZERO STARS!!!!!

I''m sharing based on what I experienced as a family member Not being able to personally visit my mother because of Covid-19 restrictions, even though I talked with her via cell phone (which the patient must provide as no phones are in the room) Constantly my mother complained of missing doses of scheduled medicine, long periods between assistance to R.R . , she was there 16 day''s and they never removed her socks to clean her feet, left wounds open without coverings, and then made excuses for that neglect. my mother went in for therapy for injury, and has always had a sharp mind, yet when she complained, they accuse her of being extremely forgetful and not knowing what was going on, I could go on with many things that I feel were a unsatisfactory level of care. now that some of the covid-19 visiting restrictions have been lifted a family members can have some oversight of care maybe it will be better, all I can say is My mother will NOT go there again, EVER

As soon and I hit the ignore button the person on the other end dials the number again and the cycle repeats. It got so bad that I had to block the number. If you think it is professional business practice to solicit a random person by spamming their phone with relentless calls, you’re an actual scientific anomaly. Rethink your methods, please.
