This facility is not a good place to have your love ones in because they don’t really have good nurses to check on the patients periodically.

Lord where do I start🤬 That so called “Director” Maya is a peace of work in her self if I could snatch that old wig off her head I would have she has a repugnant demeanor smile in your face one moment and fake the next just can’t do it child. Terry is just the rudest person I’ve ever seen laughing in your face about serious matters life and death is no laughing matter when they are in your care. Louis the activity lady is such a sweetheart why can’t more people just love the job the have. Sam is a very carrying person and I enjoyed our conversation when I visited. The CNAs (all but like a hand full) are truly just cut from the wrong cloth they are not ment to be trusted every time I visit they are always talking bad about the residence no matter who’s around and that constantly on your phone when people have call lights on for 20-30mins at a time. The food is way better then It use to be but my grand mother is tired of eggs salad sandwiches and not getting snacks throughout the day she would ask her cna and all she gets is a “I’ll see” and she’s never to be seen after she “goes to see what she can do” but my grandmother did say she likes the kitchen staff she talked all good things about Ms. Tina and the other lady cook I hate I don’t remember her name. The lack of compassion In This center is sickening.

The older CNAs have such a nasty disposition they are just so horrible my aunts roommate once waited a whole hour and a half for someone to come change her thank god my aunt could go to the bathroom on her own I went and said something to one of them about it and she told “ well I don’t know what to tell you she just going to have to wait until her Cna gets there” I was in such disbelief that someone would even say that and don’t get me started about my aunt only getting a bath twice a week after finding out that and some other stuff I took her out and now she stays with me so yeah it’s a no

I’m writing this review to commend Pettigrew Rehab for the care they gave my husband for almost 2 weeks he was a patient there. We checked several facilities in the area & we chose Pettigrew primarily due to the friendly, warm reception we received while touring the facility. The staff seemed to get along well & my husband received excellent OT & PT rehab. Nursing & admin were always professional & approachable, reassuring my husband with his concerns! I’m sure if he wasn’t on isolation it would’ve been easier for him. Thank you for lessening my stress during this most difficult time!

If I could leave less than one, I would. My mother-in-law was in there last week. They were made aware she was an extremely high fall risk and suffers from Dementia. One of her friends went to visit and found her bed empty. She asked the nurse where could she be. The nurse had no idea. She left to report it to the front desk. In the meantime, the friend found her in the bathroom clinging to the sink. She had no idea how she got there o how long she was there….apparently long enough for her to try to walk back to her bed. I was told by my brother-in-law they ignored her call button when he visited. My husband and I were on our way to visit when we got a call from my sister-in-law that they were taking her out of there because of the sorry care she was getting. I am GLAD I did not witness any of this myself as my anger tends to get the better of me when elderly and/or children are neglected and abused.
Read moreMy mother recently stayed here for rehab for two weeks. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The staff works very hard to try to take care of everyone''s needs. The facility is clean and inviting. Thanks for all you do to get our family members back on their feet.
