I would like to take this opportunity to rave about the professionals at the Parkway Health and Rehab Center. The staff is fully qualified to address any questions or concerns. They are very engaged and so easy to talk too. The facility is fully staff with security measures in place in order to ensure that all patients, staff and visitors are comfortable and well received. Follow up is impeccable. In closing I would definitely recommend any friend or family member to look at Parkway Center if rehab or healthcare is merited. This is my first time dealing personally with a Rehabilitation and Nursing home but I am very pleased. The Admissions Director has been very gracious and concerned that I felt satisfied with the admission process and she displayed concern for my Mother which gave me a feeling of calm. She encouraged me to contact if I had any concerns or questions. I believe this facility will be a good fit for what my Mom needs to recover.

My mother was released today, the release process is terrible and long. After her release they gave me instructions on how to issue her meds that I would have to pick up at the pharmacy. Get to the pharmacy no meds have been sent by Parkway. Call Parkway and get the run around, left with no answers...
My mother was released today, the release process is terrible and long. After her release they gave me instructions on how to issue her meds that I would have to pick up at the pharmacy. Get to the pharmacy no meds have been sent by Parkway. Call Parkway and get the run around, left with no answers and my mom does not have her meds that she NEEDS every day and night. I HATE THIS PLACE
