My name is John Bettes how was the resident at the parks for 3 months when I came to the parks I was not able to walk or be Mobile in any kind of way the rehab department was excellent in my care they got me back on my feet they got me walking again I they help me attain walkers the food there if I had to rate it I will give it a five and the kitchen staff was very warm wonderful and helpful even though they were short of staff the staff that they had was very kind and generous towards me and my care the administrator Mr Kenny he was a person that cared and respected all of his patience and would do whatever it tough to make sure that that patient had the proper care , thanks to the park staff and front office social worker activity department director kitchen staff and CNAs my stay at the parks was a pleasant one may God bless those people that works at the parks God bless thanks again,

The worst place EVER. They distributed the wrong medicine to my father and when we asked what it all was and it didn’t look like his medicine , the nurse asked “what’s your name?” Didn’t bother to even check before coming in the room! The room was dirty from the last patient , left over baby wipes and deodorant. They made my dad sit in a broken chair with his feet propped up on a trash can!!!!! He was there 2 days, and we had to call 911. They said we had to call or they wouldn’t show up fast enough Oxygen levels dropped the night before and no one was noticed. NEVER BRING your LOVED ONES !!!!!
