This assisted living is warm and inviting. They care for their residents and most of the staff are well trained in how to interact with those with dementia. I have been pleased with the service and the food that the residents receive there.

Pacifica is a wonderful place. The staff are very friendly and thoughtful. The residents are also so friendly. The place is clean, well lit and spacious.

I was pleasantly surprised with how welcoming the surroundings are when you walk in. Lolly gave us a tour of the facility in addition to getting a sample of lunch that afternoon. I was again pleased and surprised with the quality of the food. I have toured several places in Ocala, many of them I left running. Lolly left me with a feeling that my father-in-law, that I wish I had as my own Dad would be treated as family. Her attention to detail makes this the perfect place for the care of a loved you that needs that special touch.

We took a tour of the facility and were impressed the how beautiful it was. The moment we walked in the door we were greeted with a smile and warm welcome. The dining room was elegantly decorated and while I personally didn''t try the food, my spouse did and was pleasantly surprised. The hair salon was also a nice touch. Kathy Lolly showed us how much love and care goes into each resident as she knew each one of them by name and made them feel like they were the reason to smile. I really have to commend her for her attention to detail, her kindness and ability to just get things done. She clearly made sure that everyone was treated well. Definitely my top choice.
