Celebrate Every Day at Pacifica Senior Living Fresno
At Pacifica Senior Living Fresno, every day is a reason to celebrate, thanks to great amenities, engaging activities, and attentive care. Seniors spend their days having coffee with friends in the courtyard, taking classes at the fitness center, playing with their four-legged friends in the on-site dog park, and grabbing popcorn for movies in the community cinema. The daily activity calendar ensures that there’s always something fun to do — residents enjoy happy hours every Wednesday, live entertainment and dancing, group games, and monthly port-of-call celebrations that highlight a different country’s food and culture.
Older adults also get chances to explore the area. On sunny days, you might find them taking a peaceful stroll through Woodward Park, browsing the shops at Riverpark Shopping Center, or teeing off at Fort Washington Golf & Country Club. Pacifica Senior Living Fresno is also close to some of the area’s top medical providers, including Kaiser Permanente Fresno Medical Center and Saint Agnes Medical Center.

Pacifica Senior Living Fresno was nice. Their kitchens were great, but their patios were awful. The patio was 3 feet deep, and that's hardly enough to even get a chair in. Other than that, the thing that didn't impress me was it's not sparkling clean like the others. In the apartments that I looked at, the two bedrooms usually have a full 4-burner stove that's on a little smaller scale. But you could cook anything you wanted there if you wanted to. The staff who gave me the tour was very nice. The building was OK. It was well-built, and it was pretty new. But the carpets were awful.
Read moreI wouldn't want them in there again. The Food is terrible. The place is very old and looks it. My parents were in there. There are almost no activities. The director is the biggest problem. He has trouble telling the truth and following thru.

The person who showed me the facility was very nice. She showed me everything, but the facility didn't live up to my daughter's expectation. They had a couple of libraries there. They had different activities. There were a lot of people sitting around doing nothing and in wheelchairs and stuff, and that's another thing I didn't much care about. There were really not a lot of activities there. The place was clean though. It might be good for some people. It just didn't meet my expectations. Some people like it because they've got people living there.

I visited this community in early August 2023 and was able to have lunch during my visit. I really enjoyed my meal and the residents who welcomed me to their community. I was happy to see the big salad bar. During my visit staff made sure to welcome me to their community. The community could benefit from an upgrade but overall it presents well and it's nice and smells clean.

Mom is at Pacifica Senior Living Fresno. She loves it there. She's 102 and still living in independent living. The staff are great. They come in and clean her apartment once a week and they change her beds. All the interactions that I've ever had, coming and going there (even through all of COVID when it was very minimal visitations and then when it was lifted and we had to have all of our masks and everything) were still great. I can call and talk to Jackie at the front desk. They know their people and call them by names. They never forget mom's name and typically what she orders at dinner. They know she likes milk for a drink every single meal. So, it is very nice there.
