Is this the ideal place like they say on the recording? I don’t think so. Do they really care for the patients? It’s a shame. I have been calling from Chicago and still waiting for someone to answer the phone.

WHAT IN THE HECK! LOOK AT THIS POOR LADIES HAIR. SHE SUFFERS FROM DEMENTIA ALONG WITH OTHER ILLNESS, SHE IS DIABETIC AND THE NURSES & STAFF SAY THEY DIDNT KNOW WHILE FEEDING HER ICE CREAM. SHE HAS BEEN A RESIDENT SINCE 2018 AND IS TREATED WORSE THAN A DOG. HER FAMILY IS IN SHOCK!! SHE WAS NOT IN THI...

THE DIRECTOR OF NURSING WHILE VIEWING THIS LADY OFFERED TO HELP MOVE HER SOMEWHERE ELSE AS A SOLUTION TO HER NOT BEING CARED FOR. BLOOD ON THE FLOOR AND FILTHY ROOM, BED THAT WAS SO FLAT AND HAND RAILS BROKEN NOT PROVIDING ANY SAFETY. THE FAMILY WAS ABLE TO HAVE HER HAIR CUT OFF TO RID HER OF HAIR THAT WAS SO METTED IT WAS UNABLE TO BE COMBED AND HAD FOOD STUCK IN IT. HER NAILS WERE SO DIRTY AND BLOOD UNDER HER NAILS. THE FAMILY WAS TOLD THAT ARRANGEMENTS NEED TO BE MADE BECAUSE SHE IS DECLINING. MAYBE BECAUSE THEY FEED HER SUGAR AND HER BLOOD LEVELS STAY HIGH. HORRIBLE PEOPLE. WE ARE LOOKING FOR HELP.
