My MIL was recently discharged from there. The social worker, nursing supervisor, and physical therapists were all professionals and responsive. After your hour of PT you sat all day ! My MIL had to call me and tell me she needed assistance because no one answered the call bell once I called the nursing supervisor someone would come in to help.There is not enough nursing ads or nurses . I wanted her to be discharged after one week and they convinced her to stay because they felt they could do so much more for her. Which was a 4 weeks stay which included a bout of gout a rise in her kidney functions which they gave her IV fluids for which resulted in leg swelling cellulitis needed IV abx and then she got COVID.I offered to bring in a private aid so she could be walked and they said no . She was was discharged with 2 bedsoresbedsores

My sister was there last Summer, she has been outraged and traumatized by this experience! She continues to feel so badly for “the elderly people” who are still there! Callousness, indifference and disregard for patients! I shudder to think this place is still operating and collecting insurance and social security benefits from patients, who should be receiving actual care! This place should be shut down instead of funded by our hardworking tax dollars. Our family members deserve so much better!

I wish I could get this place zero stars. I had my grandmother there for rehab. They did nothing to help her, just kept her in bed, she fell twice there and I had to fight for medical attention. When I finally got her admitted to the hospital after I found that she was dehydrated because they will only give her coffee 3 times a day. When I would talk to them about my concerns, they just yes me and blow them off. I do not recommend this place for your loved ones.
