Our family had an in person tour with Oasis Living Quarters and we thought the tour experience and community was nice, but for our loved ones health stage it was just not going to be as good as a fit.

She shares a room, and you can bring in your bed and furniture, and hang pictures. She has a sink, and she shares a bathroom with her roommate. The staff is wonderful, If they have any problems, they'll give me a call. I haven't tried the food, but it looked like they had good, decent meals. It is a beautiful building. Her room is very clean and organized, her clothes are always clean. It's a beautiful facility, and they got lakes.

Just got bought out by a new group of investors and is now Oasis, this is far from an Oasis. These people have no clue how to run an assisted living facility. You got a problem, I triple dare you to try to find the director or anybody in charge cause you're [language removed] out of luck. The most disgusting food served to the residents. The state is in and out of here from all the complaints. People walking around smellung like pee and poo! This place is a [language removed] hole. Roaches crawling in and out of the main kitchen, they have no contract with any waste management company so the garbage is being collected in 50 gallon black garbages bags and stored in the garbage room, now I'm talking about food waste, human waste and it smells like holy hell! Black mold from all the windows leaking in hallways and its coming up from under carpet throughout the building. God forbid there's a fire because the doors leading out of some of the stairwells are painted shut where I have had to kick them open with my foot.

I went to see Oasis Living Quarters. It was a very nice and clean facility. They gave me a free lunch, which I didn't care for because the fish was frozen. They cooked it, but I don't like frozen fish. They had a very nice and clean dining room. The room size was sufficient for me. The one-bedroom apartment was more than enough for me. They had a safe in every apartment, which was nice for your valuables and your money. Lydia, the lady who showed me around, was lovely and very nice.
