Terrible, Terrible place. Nearly killed my mom twice. Once she nearly bleed to death in bed and second she contracted Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and had to be sent back to Emergency Room. Billing department is terrible too, Ameila from A/R subitted bills late, resulting in an uncessary $2000 charge. Please find another facility for your loved ones.

The good news is that management is responsive to the eventual and inevitable failures by staff. A nurse twice tried to give my dad meds which were not his but rather for the patient in the neighboring room. On another occasion, it was a slow Saturday afternoon when an aggressive nurse made sure to wag her finger at me while I sat on my dad’s bed. She insisted I do not sit there. I was supposed to sit on the chairs which are not in the room or in the hallways. When I mentioned there are no chairs to sit on she claimed they’re available in the halls. I took a 360 degree video of the hallway and the room and there was one chair and the same nurse was sitting in it. So if management is going to force their nurses to make people stand endlessly maybe do more with the money you’re criminally charging insurance companies for poor care and buy some chairs. The door side of the room has a big chair in the corner where no guest can sit while the patient is in their wheelchair. When manners and kindness should be standard behavior this facility has some major holes in the quality of service being provided. The management has been attentive to these situations and prioritizing our family’s concern for dad’s care while he’s rehabilitating. Be sure to stay on top of staff here and do not hesitate to escalate issues to management. The staff protect themselves and their own.

The daytime CNAs on the second floor need to be fired. The patients are treated with no respect to their rehabilitation conditions. I watched some of them stand around holding their hands all day long. One of the “nurses “ would not give the patients medication until she felt like it! This is the Worst experience for anyone who needs Rehab help for pain pills or shower assistance.
Read moreMy Sister is in there currently and the way she described the place is horrendous. These CNA''s are incompetent and uncaring. With such bad reviews why isn''t OMBUDSMAN investigating the Management and the Staff. Does someone really have to die first.
