I would recommend Northview Estates to others for their loved ones. The cost compared to other communities and the amenities that my loved one receives here, was and is the best price for us here. There is a kitchenette in the apartment and the community does the laundry for the residents. The meals are good for my loved one. The staff are good at making sure that my loved one gets to enjoy their meals. The activities director is really good, and makes sure that the residents are able to participate in the activities.

I would recommend you be careful if placing your loved one in Northview Estates. I don't feel it is a safe place. We expected more closer monitoring of the residents in the memory care, and unfortunately we are finding residents just wandering in and out of rooms and in other resident's beds. The staff doesn't seem like they know anything. The aides aren't given reports. If you ask a questions the staff don't know the answers to it. The food is good and my loved one is eating which is a good thing. I've never seen my loved one participate in activities.

This place is very clean. The staff are very caring, patient, and helpful. The administrative staff are able to answer any question and is very knowledgeable.
Northview Estates is a great place for your loved ones. The administrator, the aides, kitchen cooks, maintenance, housekeeping, and rest of the staff are very nice and helpful. They really care about the residents and love their job. I would recommend anyone looking for a home for their loved one...

The building is clean.
