I am a privately paid caregiver to a little lady with Alzheimers and Dementia who was transferred to AHC Northside from the hospital here in Murfreesboro a few weeks ago. It has been my experience here at Northside the staff genuinely care about my little lady. It truly concerns them when she doesn''t eat. Everything in their trusty bag of tricks has been tried to encourage her to eat and drink. The nursing staff who have worked with my little lady are AMAZING! Charlene and Kim have hearts of gold! Sequoia, the DON, never fails to ask about her or stop by her room or come up to the table in the dining room and speak with her. The staff is never too busy to answer any questions I might have. Tamara, the Social Services person has been another Rock Star in my book! My little lady is scheduled to go home, with Hospice, tomorrow at 5pm. Both myself (Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday), and Barbara (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) have been made very welcomed as well as encouraged to call should we have have any questions once we get her home. BRAVO TO AHC AND THE EACH OF THE STAFF MEMBERS YOU HAVE SELECTED TO REPRESENT YOUR AMAZING FAMILY! Whatever you''re doing, keep on doing it, because it works very well! Read moreThis has been a wonderful place to work. The staff is dedicated to our residents and to ensuring their care at all times. The techs are great and treat the residents like family as do nurses and management.
