From what I’ve seen and from my friend’s comments (the patient), they are doing a very good job overall. There’s been a few problems but overall it’s been great.
My mother, Patricia, was a resident here for 18 months. The nursing staff was very kind and sweet to her. We were so pleased with how she was cared for. Many thanks.

It''s Saturday, and my Mom has only been there since Tuesday afternoon, and she is miserable! They make the patients use Depends instead of helping them get up and go the bathroom. She''s going to end up with a UTI. They left my Mom lying in bed with no pants because they were frustrated. They haven''t helped her brush her teeth or wash her face. I don''t know if she has even had a bath. No one will return my calls. I have yet to talk to a social worker or case manager and no one knows when they will be there. When I call, I''m questioned as to why I am calling - like they don''t want to be bothered with complaints. The Nurse Manager hung up on me - she had an attitude the minute she picked up the phone. Some of the women working the front desk are rude. The food is mostly inedible. There are no activities. The patients just lie in bed all day. How are they supposed to get better? My Mom has been to skilled nursing facilities before, but this one is by far the worst. I''m trying to get her transferred, but I can''t get the social worker on the phone.
