The rehab I had was excellent, I see Kristen and Tracy. My nursing is also awesome, Veronica, Patience and Trina help me and take good care of me. Nicole and Jada are great nurses too! Edwin has been very helpful as well.
There is no place like home! However, to do what we can''t do at home for the continued care of our love one is what we expect. Our expectation are being met. Thanks North Florida Rehab staff and Ms. Kim in the front office!

They would not let us enter the facility and would not check on our loved one. When we raised an issue they called the sheriff on us and had us removed from the property. This place will kill your family, avoid at all cost!
