I came in to Norridge gardens for wound care and therapy. This place is amazing. All the staff from the second floor from housekeeping, nurses, CNA, made me feel so welcoming and safe. Their bedside manner and care is were great, my wound nurse April is doing a great job with me and i am healing really well. I recommend Norridge Gardens for care of loved ones. THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR YOUR WONDERFUL CARE.

Went here for physical therapy and my short stay was approx 2 weeks, The facility is kept very tidy & clean by housekeeping staff on a daily basis. Went here for physical therapy and my short stay was approx 2 weeks, The facility is kept very tidy & clean by housekeeping staff on a daily basis. The physical therapists, nursing & aids are very positive. The facility is concerned about your health and keeping you comfortable. The food and kitchen are good and I requested daily for extra food be added to my dinner and the kitchen staff did so without questioning. The physical therapy staff and area are bright & cheary to work out in. The therapistis are friendly and have pleasant ways of working with the patients. Recommend this organization to help you with recovery and they also have long term live-in patients that reside there for the remainder of your life. Barry O.

Edit Joyce is one of the workers there she''s extremely rude to me all the time I believe she''s hostile because she knows I know she''s one of the evil ones here mistreating my mom and perhaps other residents My mother is in danger and as her daughter ( all she got besides my kids) with my aunt ( p.o.a who put her in this evil hell hole ,I don''t know what to do I''m fighting for my own life right now my mom is badly neglected ,heat stays on in her room ,no fan ,no a.c ,little smelly bed thar she can roll and fall she can''t walk or lift herself so a fall could be deadly, which is what norridge gardens full intentions are, for 3 years now no one''s listening ,the staff won''t let me or my kids be alone or talk to my mom alone because of my aunt and thru don''t want her to tell us what''s really happening like I don''t see and know already! 💔 I''m so lost ,financially I can''t fightback when the system is designed to only listen to the ones with $$$$ ( like my aunt ) me and my kids walked away crying our eyes out helpless of how to rescue my mom they are killing her and her own sister is ok with this long as she don''t have to be bothered while I suffer which I believe is the plan from get go ,how can I live with knowing the only person who loves me unconditionally who never hurt a fly and was the innocent one in this family be the one hurt all her life to then suffer like this because of having manic depression and getting a little older ???? She''s still young and I can''t live with my mom dying this way and having no quality of life in the hands of evil ,the staff are all mostly crooks ,ratchet, crooked ,snakes ,abusive and a p.o.s to say the least, I heard staff yelling at a elderly patient telling them shut up I''m not talking to you he looked so helpless ,this place needs to be shut down and burned down with all the evil staff in it !!!! I''m crying out for help to help my mom please someone!!!! She can''t advocate for herself , if I end up taking it in my hands my mom will lose me to the electric chair / prison so please someone help ,I am helpless my mom is in danger they hit her and punish her if she speaks up then me and my kids get punished by them blocking us from seeing her ,talking to her , they put us through hell and bullshit then my mom please help me save her life and others there

This is the most unprofessional place I''ve ever dealt with in my life. I had to track down my work checks for 4 weeks and then some. It''s been 3 weeks and I can''t get a professional answer on why they haven''t given me my W2 tax forms. The system that they use is out dated so they still are handing out paper checks and you are lucky if they have yours. The nurses don''t care about the patients unless it''s one of there own kind. I asked a nurse to help a Caucasian man that was in saver pain and she never came to see about him after I asked her several times, he ended up on the floor and I had to assets him, she still didn''t come for 10 minutes but when it came down to someone of her heritage she making sure they get up and get taken care of. This is not a good place for your loved ones unless you don''t care about them. It''s trash and it''s filthy. I had no towels to wash my patients or any of the PPE that was needed. Hands down needs to be closed down
