On 9/4/22 my family admitted my parents here at around 9 PM we arrived into there room and it was one of the smallest bedroom I have ever seen which was a very different bedroom then what they showed us on photos. It looked like a storage closet that they just added two beds into it. Then we took a ...
On 9/4/22 my family admitted my parents here at around 9 PM we arrived into there room and it was one of the smallest bedroom I have ever seen which was a very different bedroom then what they showed us on photos. It looked like a storage closet that they just added two beds into it. Then we took a look in the bathroom area and saw Dirt, mold and spiders. Wich none of the staff even bothered to help clean up the room or bathroom. Also the beds here look like there from 1800 they are so old and historic with the worst bedding. For what you pay per day for this nursing home you should be expecting a top of the line room and facility! The next day we checked out of the nursing home and will never be bringing them back.

Niles Nursing home is an amazing place to send your family member. The facility staff are very attentive and caring. There are many nursing homes to choose from in the area, but this facility is absolutely the one to choose.
Toilet didn’t flush so they brought her in a portable toilet.the aide refused to Empty it and it only had urine in it.they wouldn’t answer her call light.we had to bring her pain medicine from home and muscle relaxers.she didn’t have a phone in her room and when I came to visit they said she w...
Toilet didn’t flush so they brought her in a portable toilet.the aide refused to Empty it and it only had urine in it.they wouldn’t answer her call light.we had to bring her pain medicine from home and muscle relaxers.she didn’t have a phone in her room and when I came to visit they said she wasn’t there . It took the receptionist a while to find her room number .when it was time for her to get discharged, she had to ask for a wheelchair and they almost flipped her out of her chair. They let her know that they had a attitude when she asked them why her feet had to drag on the ground. It’s sad when some one rather go home before they are ready just to get away from horrible treatment from workers
