New Perspective is a great assisted living and memory care facility with an engaged staff that will truly care about your loved one. We looked at a lot of places and landed on NP because we felt it would be the best place for our mom.
My brother is happy here and he likes it. It is very hard to reach anybody by phone and by email and when I go in no one is around. It is very difficult to get through to anybody and I do not reach out that often. That is my main concern.

I toured this facility and it was ok. The staff was friendly and facility was clean. It's just small and not updated. It didn't make a big impression on my loved one, so we decided to look at other places.

From the point of our initial inquiry with Trevor all the way to our parents’ move-in and transition as residents, our family’s experience with New Perspective has been exceptional. Staff have demonstrated authentic interest and concern for our parents’ needs and desires beyond anything we had experienced at other senior living options we had been considering. Spontaneous interactions with New Perspective residents during our tours provided the assurance that this is a community where residents are happy and fulfilled with what has become their new home. The move-in process went extraordinarily smoothly and provided a seamless transition both in terms of medical care and with the process of developing new and meaningful relationships.
