Havenwood of Richfield was a very nice community. My daughter and I wanted to move in and my sister would have gone there if they had the lift and stuff to be able to care for her. We liked the atmosphere and where it was. It was a little bit smaller community than where she was going. The people there were very nice. It just seemed so homey. The staff during the tour was very nice. We could relate to him. His son had gone to the same camp that my daughter's son had gone to. It was a nice visit with him. The studio apartment there was bigger, and the kitchen was a little bit bigger and it looked new. We liked that. Maintenance and upkeep were very nice. The dining area had tables for four people and was very nicely set up and decorated. They showed us some of the stuff they had made where they were making frames with jewelry on it. They had a big fish tank, and it looked like they had stuff going on all the time. They had patios. Everything was kept up well. The lawns and the gardens and everything were kept up nicely. It was presentable. The carpeting looked new and everything looked new in the apartment. It looked so nice. We wanted to move in. The dining area was nicely set up and the ladies that were at the wine testing seemed to be laughing and having a good time.

My first impressions were feeling the community is very hospitable and welcoming not only by the aesthetics of this beautiful community, but most importantly, by the staff who take pride in working here and providing the care for the residents. The residents share how much they enjoy having each other, and the activities offered are fun and purposeful.
