Facility is very outdated with mice and insects. Patients are not being cared for properly. Administration is very rude. Food is very unpleasant as well. Understaffed and usually overworked on a day to day basis.
Let me first say that I have been working in the healthcare industry for over 25 years in four different states. New Community has some of the most caring and attentive staff around. I am so grateful for their support and consistent efforts to make my mom and me feel comfortable with her being there...

Shout out to Mrs. MARIA! 3RD FLOOR UNIT MANAGER.

I worked as a CNA here, worked hard doing efficient patient care, but the Nurses there are ungrateful.I commend Alex in human resource a very hard working and professional person.God. bless her.A lot of gossiping going on instead of them focusing on efficient patient care,
Buen servicio

Some of my Dad''s clothing does get misplaced, but I do understand that keeping up with all of his things can be a full time job in itself. My dad suffers from short term memory loss and constantly loses...
