I did not have any personal contact with anyone at Lincoln Village because no one returned my calls or emails. I am still actively searching for an assisted living community for my father. The social worker at his nursing facility was in touch with Lincoln Village. We received approval for my father to move in on 5/14 however on 5/13 the social worker was notified that he was no longer accepted. There was no explanation given as to why the sudden change occurred. Because we was denied, He was also not allowed to join the wait list for the Stygler Commons community.

Moved my Mom here almost a year ago. Still having issues with getting her paperwork. Told it was done wrong by former staff. Sounds like they are making excuses. Basement in horrible condition, musty and dirty. At the time she moved in they said they were doing updates, but I have seen no improvements. This place needs a good cleaning and updated. Visitors like my family are addressed rudely. I had requested maintenance leaky window about 10 months ago before shut down. No one on maintenance after hours or weekend. Clothes lost in laundry, room dirty, bathroom hallways basement. Refrigerator has not been cleaned since she moved in. Items mailed lost by facility or not given to Mom and held by staff. Now facility is closed due to Covid so I have no idea how Moms living conditions are. I would not recommend putting a Loved one here. Mom is 92 moving again would be hard on family and even harder on her.
