Do NOT take your family members here. I would give zero stars if I could. My father was readmitted to the hospital because of the pure NEGLECT of this terrible establishment. My father developed a terrible bed sore (which they NEVER told us about). They finally brought it to our attention and they continued to let him sit in his own urine with this open wound. Thank god, he had a doctor’s appointment outside of this neglectful place. The doctor took one look at him and said you need to go to the hospital immediately. The place smells terrible because they don’t care about anything. My dad spilled his urinal at one point and instead of properly cleaning it up, they put a towel over it. And that urine sat like that for HOURS. NASTY!!!!

After a lengthy stay for my grandmother. I have to say, Mill Run Rehabilitation was absolutely wonderful. The level of care and kindness to my grandmother and all that visited her was fantastic. I need to acknowledge a few staff members who made this experience so wonderful. Matthew, who made sure everything we needed throughout her stay and after her discharge, he continued to get us the help we needed to prepare for home care. Nurses Diane and Julie. You two were just the best. I know you have a lot going on with other patients, but you always took the time to give me updates every day. The care and attention you gave grandma was the best. Thank you soo much for giving us peace of mind when we weren''t able to be there. I know there were many people involved in her care. I''m sorry I can''t mention you all by name, by I give you ALL a sincere Thank You!

My mother was here for 2 months. While the short term rehab was ok bc the physical therapist was very good the assisted living was a nightmare. My mothers nurse was let go, the same nurse i caught forging medical records. They missed my mothers wounds being treated once per week on average and when asked about it they acted like i was putting them out by wanting it documented and done right away. The daytime staff does a good job but literally there whole 2nd and 3rd shift are staffed by temporary nurses brought in though third party. This makes the care horrible with no accountability as those nurses are given little instruction and nothing to guide them with. The cleaning is not done as often as they say it is and they have no cleaning on weekends so when my mother had an accident it sat on the floor for 4 days despite me complaining to the manager at the time. We rushed my mother home to get here out of this place. Dont waste your money on poor care like i did.

I plan to alert my insurance company! Our first choice was our WORST NIGHTMARE!!!! The Physical therapist, the Speech therapist and the Social worker were knowledgeable and kind!!! Most seem could care less! JACO would have a field day!!!!!!!! Shameful! And it stinks!
