This place is absolutely atrocious. The smell of urine, among other things, hits you as soon as you walk in the door. This place is absolutely atrocious. The smell of urine, among other things, hits you as soon as you walk in the door. We didn’t have a choice at the time but to send a family member there and chose to take him out due to the lack of care and mistreatment he received. We received a call just about every day that he had fallen. At once point they had his shirt on backwards and his bare back on the wheel chair to “keep him still”. Not to mention that when we would go and visit ,he was completely incoherent due to the over medicating they decided he “needed”. I work at another facility and was able to get him moved there and we are in the process of getting him rehabilitated and somewhat back to his normal. It is clear to me that they do not care about your family member and only want to sedate them so they don’t have to deal with them. The website is incomparable to the reality of the facility itself. It is a money hungry business that needs to be shut down. I highly recommend that you do not send your family member there if you care about their well being at all.

The staff there is super nice and willing to help out anyone in need. The staff really cares about their residents and they are always well taken care of and the facility is always clean. They have a great team there!
They don’t answer their phones and their voicemail box is full. Patients have LEGAL rights to speak to their family this will be reported to state and local ombudsman!
After my father was bounced around several different places he landed at Nancy Hart.they were beyond caring,beyond’s helpful, and went above and beyond to do there jobs. I am truly grateful for me and my family that he landed in such a wonderful place. Thks
