I have been a part of the The Crossings family for over 11 years. We have a great culture here amongst all associates. The most popular comment we hear from new residents, guests and visitors is, "everyone here is genuinely happy! There is so much laughter going on throughout the community."
Very nice facility, great staff.

Asks questions just to see if they will be able to run over you and boss you around. Someone who clearly is not experienced in giving care to residents and how to handle the residents everyday needs.

I have been involved with this company since 2015 as an employee. The healthcare industry has been besieged with never-ending changes since that time--and this continues to be the reality. At times we have been challenged to make mandatory compliance changes (sometimes daily) as the winds of governmental bureaucracy blew by and the never ending tides of those having jurisdiction over us wash in with new and increasing demands. During this time we have stayed the course of providing excellent care, continuing innovation and relentless compassion to all who entered these doors. I would unequivocally place any of my family members here should the need arise. No--we''re not perfect--but I can tell you that on many occasions literal tears have been shed as we put forth our best efforts, care and compassion to those who are healing here, those who live here and those who come here to make their journey to the next world. If you have some time--come by, take a tour and I guarantee you''ll sense peace and joy happening at The Crossings.
