My wife worked there. We requested our health insurance be discontinued on 12-31-20. Administration at Monarch Meadows incorrectly discontinued heath insurance on 11-30-20 instead. We paid Monarch Meadows for the health insurance in December of 2020. We have tried several times over the past 18 Months to get Monarch Meadows (Continuing healthcare) to correct this. We accrued over $1,000.00 in private pay medical bills due to being uninsured at no fault of ours. Monarch Meadows Human Resources and Administration was negligent with allowing this to happen and their handling of it afterwards. They are untrustworthy and I am not done with this matter by any means.

Someone I know is there and he had been drinking out of his urinal because no one checks on them. Someone fell while I was there recently and a family member of another resident seen him fall and hit his head it took them about 10 minutes to even get to him. Meanwhile both nurses were walking down a different hall after they were told he was bleeding. Wouldn''t recommend anyone to go here. This is just some of the issues I''ve witnessed there.

The care that we received was totally uncalled for, with numerous medication errors and patient being put at greater risk of infection. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
