Food was not up to par for health building!
Food was terrible. They get one star, The highlight of being in this facility is the TLC and excellent service given by the physical/occupational team they have. They get 5 stars. The majority of the LVNs are great.
My mother just got discharged after a few weeks. She broke her pelvic bone. She was discharged without any pain medication. I just called and got a standard response that in summary was that there is nothing that can be done. In the meantime my mother will be in pain. Thanks Mission Care. You failed...

Update It is almost 10pm. My mother is in pain because you failed to include her pain medication.. You offer no solution except to show up in the morning. This is unacceptable.
