I recently moved a client into Merrill Gardens. Alyssa Dolan was wonderful to work with. She made the process extremely easy in transitioning my client to the last place that they will live in. I love working with Alyssa and am already looking at introducing others to this amazing community.
Working with Alyssa and the other Merrill staff was a wonderful experience! Alyssa is very easy to talk to, approachable and knowledgeable. She helped to set my Mom’s mind at ease about her move and has continued to be an encouraging presence! We are very thankful for Alyssa and Merrill Gardens.

We had her moved her in a couple days and she has a much more positive outlook on her future. She keeps commenting on how much nicer everyone is and loves her unit and the facilities. She''s doesn''t suffer fools well and is very discerning, so for her to be complimentary is quite an accomplishment! Only been a couple weeks so far, but couldn''t be happier with Alyssa and the staff so far.

My husband has been at Merrill Gardens at West Chester for a month now. The staff there is very competent and very much involved with my husband. They know him by name. He's not just a person there, they care for him. Anything we have asked of them, they have come through. The concierge people at the front desk are excellent. They are always in a good mood and very customer service oriented. Everybody is accessible from the manager to the head nurse, and they're always open to your visit. They have a diner where the residents can get their breakfast and lunch, and it's not just a stale type of dining room. They have a movie theater. Because they are at the end of the Brandywine Airport, they have what they call a control tower where you can go and see the planes land and take off, and they're encouraging the pilots to say hi to the residents that are there. And that is a big selling point. It is decorated with airplanes and stuff like that. They also have a lounge where 2 days a week you can have drinks, you can get together with friends, and the family can come in. It's completely open and the residents enjoy that. They have a little store that has the best presentation I have ever seen. They also have a place for you if you want to bring your family and have a private dinner with them. The surroundings of the building are kept very nice.

I am very happy with MG for my dad. The staff, services and it is located next to Brandywine Airport. My dad had a private pilot license. His room overlooks the runway. He enjoys watching the planes take off and land.The general manager is wonderful! I would recommend to others.
