I caution anyone under Medicare against getting a Vaccine through Mercy. I obtained the Shingles Vaccine which is covered under Medicare Part D; I have Supplemental Part D and have been told by Mercy that they only file claims under Medicare Part A & B; that I, personally, have to file a claim with my insurance for Part D reimbursement. This would not have been an issue had I obtained the vaccine through my Pharmacy.

It’s clear this hospital doesn’t have management, since you are never allowed to speak with one, regardless of the issues your having at this hospital. We’ve been there 2 days in a row now for my boyfriends back pain. 2 days or morphine IM injections and Valium that are NOT touching his pain and NOT helping. They have him a pain med that is also barely doing anything to help him. He went last night in hopes of getting admitted so we could get him on and IV pain drip and MOST IMPORTANTLY to get him the MRI he so desperately needs. The doctor in the ER refused. My boyfriend can barely move!!! They gave him more pain meds that aren’t helping. And there is nothing we will do for you. It’s truly unacceptable the level or lack of care we’ve received at this hospital. It’s truly unfortunate they refuse to help people appropriately. We shouldn’t have to pay for 2 ER visits back to back because your hospital refuses to do their job correctly. Strive to be better.

Most of the nurses there are very rude. Had child there and they act like they know everything and will say the rudest things while your still vulnerable. One nursed laughed when accidently dropping painpill on babys cheek. One nurse was extra rude when handeling my baby and squeezing her into a swaddle gown that was too tight. One nurse coughed and sneezed in my room without ever trying to wash hands or change mask. While nurse was helping me to car she squeezed my baby in her car seat knowing the straps were too tight. Do not recommend ever having child there if you can help it. EVER.
