I was deeply upset by the lack of care given my person. His phone was unplugged laying on the floor, the house phone was on a chest far from from him and his call button was on a chest far away. He could not reach any of them. He was left handed and all were on the right side of the bed. I visited for over 4 hours and NO one came to check on him. He had a leg amputated July 23 and while in your establishment should have had the stables removed but NO that never happened. He was in constant pain yet when I used the call button no one came for over an hour. I stated my concerns to the administrator signing with my name and phone . There was no call from him. I am sorry this is not the way to run a railroad as my father would say. I find it insulting how the person replying to this reviews says the same words. "We are so sorry for the unfortunate experience that you felt you had." which negates the apology and puts the blame on the reviewer. "The experience you felt you had" says it did not happen but you only FELT it happened. You say you " take ALL feedback seriously." No you dont.

My mother was sent to this place to get a treatment she hung out there for 10 days before they ever got her the treatment, between all the "medical staff" coordinators they ping ponged her back and fourth to the hospital and playing with different options that weren''t really options but due to the utter inefficiency they somehow became options. BTW, the treatment was as simple as antibiotics nothing more complicated. If she wasn''t as strong as she is I''m sure she would have died waiting for everyone to figure out how to effectively and efficiently communicate. The place is AWFUL in every way shape and form. IF you can avoid this place please don''t drop your loved one here. I now believe every single bad review written. I am beyond myself that the state of Arizona licenses these type of places. My heart hurts for people that have no other option but to come here bc of their insurance BUT if you have the choice do NOT go here. This place aside for a handfull of friendly staff members (very few) is a DUMP!

Absolutely terrible facility. My Dad passed away in their care. They did not call for help until six hours after he began having respiratory problems. My Dad was calling my mother at home to ask her for help to get out of bed. We are heartbroken. Their communication is awful. Almost impossible to get ahold of anyone. They will send you around in a never ending voicemail loop. If you get voicemail, call back and ask them to page whoever you need to speak with. The office staff is terrible and makes excuses for not returning your calls. My Dad''s death certificate shows he did not die due to any health problems he had. It was from SEVERE NEGLECT! I wish I could give this awful facility zero stars. By the way, they keep reporting my review to take it down and have friends and associates post positive reviews. I’m sure my review will not be here long.

My Dad caught Covid in Dec 2021 and was unfortunately put on a vent followed by having a trach placed which was a nightmare to us but the respiratory team at Casas Adobes are life savers. They kept me in the loop every step of the way with me being 2,000 miles away in VA. They became his second family and visitors when we couldn’t be and for that I’m grateful because it’s been hard not only for us but for him adjusting. They built his confidence in him, so he was comfortable being a trach patient. He asks for Sergio and Mike by name when he’s needing reassurance and they respond immediately and call frequently with updates- even when it’s not involving respiratory. He was able to heal tremendously, talk, eat, walk, and be his goofy self again…even with bumps along the way with his health staff was able to get him out and to the hospital safely with amazing response time. They saved his life. He will be returning to Casas Adobes to finish out his rehab when he’s back from the hospital and he is looking forward to it. It’s his little home away from home and I feel safe knowing he’s under their care. Very knowledgeable team! Working in healthcare myself, I know how hard it is keeping up as busy as things get and these guys in respiratory never miss a beat. This family can never thank them enough. -Tom Hamilton’s daughter

My husband was in there for rehab for his leg & foot. The nurses were great and Carolyn Chacon was awesome. She helped us a lot and we really appreciate it. The rehab could not help him because it was determined it was a nerve problem. They did give him exercises to do to keep his legs from getting stiff until we were to see his dr. The social workers were also great. It was nice that he had a private room and bathroom which was very clean. Plus he had a room with a window that was very bright. They are very good with following the Covid guidelines. They took your temperature upon entering and you had to fill out a questionaire pertaining to Covid. Plus there was plenty of hand sanitizers and a hand washing station to wash your hands before you leave. The only thing he was not real happy with was the selection of food but the food he got was very good. I know bcause I did eat some of it!. I would definately recommend Casa Adobes.

Spending 12 days in Casas Adobes has been great. The nurses, I don’t have enough words to tell you how nice they are. They are angels. Tracy, Alex, and Tekeary are very polite, efficient and caring CNAS. They are fabulous. Karen is very efficient in her job and caring. She reached out to my family and got me safely discharged home because she how important it was to me to pack for my trip to Pennsylvania. My husband was also a patient here and the girls were great. He still does his exercises every day of the week.
