Then their HR lady hung up on me. SMH DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE!!!!! IF THIS IS HOW THEY DO STAFF YOU HAVE NO CHANCE. I WILL continue to come on their website until they HELP MY SISTER. If you have a loved one, do not send them here. I sent my mom here off good words that this agency was a good place. My mom is never changed. She is always soaked and soiled. The nurse / lpns are very rude and lazy. All they do is sit in they lil area on they phones and eating and get mad when you ask a simple question. They promised to do check and changes and aint nothing changed. I have complained so much its getting ridiculous and then you call the operator rude, even one worker told me the place was terrible. They got a new name but im looking for a new placement it will be the same issues under a different management company.

I have a camera in my father’s room to make sure he gets changed and it still does not happen like it’s supposed to. If your family members is put in their wheelchair, they go 6to 14 hours without being changed. You walk into the dining area and smell the urine smell consuming the room. My family had a care conference with administrators and agreed he would be checked/changed every 2-4 hours and changed before next swift came on. I have to text the supervisor every morning and ask for my dad to be changed. Some days that’s not even enough to force the lazy aides to do their job. His unit has gone through 6 unit managers and social workers in a year. I’ve called state multiple times and they do nothing. New owners from New Jersey have made a lot of disturbing fast changes, and left the families and employees in the dark with no way to communicate with them.
