My mom is there now. Awful care. Cannot believe they are still open!! Meds delivered hours late, if at all. There are good staff members but the bad ones outweigh the good. Yelling at mom when she asks to use the bedpan. I cannot believe moms insurance sent her to this place.
I just checked myself out today AMA. I did not care, another day there and I would have been stressed beyond comprehension. Th rudeness and disgust with me because I made this decision preemptively and out of necessity. The intellect of the average employee is moronic! The food id barely edible...

The food id barely edible and the patient is not given any choices. Some exceptions: The PT is first rate thanks to Kelly Moran and David. Kelly is a complete professional in every way. She gave me many insights into negotiating my therapy at home. It was the best hour I had spent there. (Mich) gave me a shower last night after getting ready to go home after Brianna did not want to shower me as I requested in the AM. She said; "It''s crazy here this morning, you will feel better after your shower tonight"! EXCEPT, nobody at night knew I was due a shower.!" I call that a blatant lie. Next we have somebody named Michelle, perhaps the rudest most vile person I have ever encountered at a facility that is supposed to help older people who are having physical difficulties. I ran a Wall Street Brokerage firm for 10 years and believe me if this was an employee of mine I would fire her in a NY minute! However, there are so many people who are misplaced in your organization. I realize it is tough to hire these days but you folks have scraped the bottom of the barrel. Brianna may be nice but she is useless, and she lies, not good. Thank God I am home, ,my stress has reduced incrementally and I will NEVER step foot into your building ever again! I wrote this for JACKIE your executive in charge I implore her to read it!

This Place is not a common Nursing Home, it is a family. It has a privileged location as it is just behind the southern hospital. It is a spacious building, super clean and with an enviable construction. It is really a good place.
