A few months ago I transitioned my mom to memory care. I cannot say enough good things about Isaik, Stephanie, Faland, Natasha, Cherene and the entire staff at Symphony! I was in a challenging situation because my mom didn’t want to give up her independence and she and I both knew nothing about assisted living facilities or memory care. My mom has certain disabilities which make her situation more challenging. I interviewed several places. Ones that I looked at closer to West Palm Beach were crowed and expensive. I observed some things that alarmed me when touring certain places. In particular I witnessed a nurse be very mean to a resident. I was shocked and thinking that if they acted like that in front of me while on a visit, how do they treat their residents when family isn’t around?! Was a real wake up call! I knew that I needed to be very careful to choose the right place. From the moment that I visited Symphony, I was welcomed and treated like family. On the first visit to check the place out my mom wasn’t with me but I was so upset and scared that I cried. Stephanie was warm, friendly and assured me that they would be with me through this entire transition and every step of the way. She assured me that everything was going to be ok. She help mine and moms hand through the entire process and she Isaik and Sheree’s upheld their promise to me and went above and beyond. Since my mom been at Symphony now for 3 months, she has nothing but good things to say about the staff and she’s made friends w staff and residents. It was a huge adjustment for her and I, but she has decided that she really likes it there. It’s such a relief to know that she’s getting the very best care and that she’s adjusting and happy. If I can’t accompany her to doctors or dentist visits, they work w senior helpers to get her to appointments. Symphony has a bus that the senior helper can ride on w my mom to take her to and from those appointments. Mom gets regular showers and likes to go to the salon as Symphony to get her hair done. I cannot say enough good things about the salon also! Everyone is so friendly and kind at Symphony. What I like about this place is that it’s small, personable and a very lovely setting w granite countertops, beautufully decorated and beautiful decore. It is very clean and just feels like home. I always said that I’d never put my mom somewhere that I wouldn’t want to go myself. Symphony is that place. Every detail of my mom’s care is handled with professionalism. These people are literally Angels. I was also surprised by the quality of their food. It is excellent in my opinion. They serve the same food in their restaurant that they serve to the residents there. I had the chicken Alfredo last time I was there w salad and it was really yummy. Not to mention that their restaurant and bar, family members can eat at w their loved one. So that’s very convenient if you visit and don’t feel like going out to eat. I like that if you’re loved one doesn’t need total assist that they have an assisted living side and then they have a memory care side for people who are needing more help or one on one care. They have something for everyone and their prices are much more reasonable than some of the other places that I toured, which honestly as I mentioned, I wouldn’t put my dog at some of those other places. Also, I love the location of Symphony. It’s not far from downtown Stuart which is a lovely and charming town right on the water. I enjoy picking my mom up and taking her out for the day in Stuart. We have lunch on the water and a great time walking around the lovely town. I’m just so grateful to Symphony of Stuart for their loving care of my elderly mother. They have great activities for the residents, they have wonderful events for the residents during the holidays. If I could give Symphony of Stuart 100 plus stars I would! You will not be sorry if you put a loved one there. I finally have piece of mind knowing that mom is being taken care of by the best of the best!!!!

Symphony at Stuart is the 3rd Memory Care facility my mother has been to in the last 5-1/2 years. Symphony is by far the best. Their facility is beautiful, clean and welcoming. All the staff are knowledgeable and compassionate with a side of good humor. The entire staff knows everyone by name and always has a smile and a good word. They consistently work and communicate with you to meet all the needs and nuisances of your family member. I am so pleased with the level of compassion, communication and care that we have recently moved my 93 year old father into the assisted living side. I feel confident that my parents care will be great and that both my parents different needs will be well taken care of.

Symphony at Stuart was great. The guy was really nice. They had a lot of nice amenities. They didn't have a pool or a balcony. Other than that, it was a beautiful facility. They were more reasonable in price. The dining area was beautiful. They have beautiful patios outside and what they call a theater, but it was a small TV. The facilities all looked beautiful, and then they maintained them very well.

Symphony at Stuart has been fabulous. The staff is amazing. It's a small facility. My parents don't have to walk for miles to get to the dining room and all those kinds of things. The activities are all central, but they're not far. Both my parents have trouble walking too far, so it's a good fit for them. They have a two-bedroom, which is lovely. They've been able to make it their own with pictures and furniture and whatnot. Everything that's there is great. I can't say enough about the people. They are amazing. We had several meals while we were moving my parents in. The dining hall is lovely. The staff is wonderful. The food is amazing. You get a nice selection, so it's not boring. It's very good tasting. They have a chef. They can provide almost anything, and they're very keen on what people like. I could see them helping people that have been there a while, knowing them by name, knowing what they like and don't like. The facility is so clean and beautiful. You get two entree selections every night. There's also a menu that you can choose from at any time, like hamburgers and sandwiches and things. If you don't like what's on the menu, you can choose those. My dad loves the soup at lunchtime. It's his favorite thing. They love the breakfast. We had an amazing French toast. We did have breakfast, lunch, and dinner there, so we experienced each setting. It's also nice that they can go any time between 7:00 and 7:00. They don't have any set time that they have to be there for a meal, which my dad likes. They played bingo a few times a week. They have some art classes. They have a teacher that comes in and helps them with their artwork. I saw some of it sitting out and that was the memory care folks that did it. They have a library, a post office, and a meeting room. From where my dad's room is, to where the dining hall is, they pass by the facility where he can do physical therapy. Then there's the gym and then they go into the hall and in the hall is where they have the pub, the dining hall, the bingo, and they have a piano there. One of the residents plays almost daily. They also have live entertainment. When my husband and I were there on a Friday afternoon, we could hear the music playing, and the residents were all gathered around. The assisted living residents could order drinks if they wanted to, but they also brought the memory care patients out so they could enjoy the music, which I thought was pretty awesome. We met the sales staff and the move-in coordinator, and they were just amazing. We've already kind of built relationships with some of them. Just from them seeing us, they learned our names pretty quickly. They knew us by face when we came in there. When my parents first arrived, there was a big sign that said "Welcome" and they bought a welcome basket and they had things that both my parents liked. My stepmother likes creme brulee and the move-in coordinator was able to find pudding that was creme brulee flavored. She remembered that little detail from just one meeting, so it's pretty impressive.
