I have honestly been let down by this hospital and their staff repeatedly. I have had much better care at basically every other hospital/doctor I have been to. I was almost given an unnecessary pacemaker by one of the cardiologists and have been denied care and gaslit by others, I have been treated like I was a hysterical woman many times here. I was finally able to see doctors at Mercy Medical and was referred to doctors at Stanford where I was diagnosed and received the compassionate care I deserved. Wasting my time at Marshall was honestly a setback for me and I have been assured time and time again by Neurologists, cardiologists and electrophysiologists at Mercy and Stanford that the care I received at Marshall was sub par.

It would be nice for the hospital to give customers warning that they will receive two bills, and that the bill for physician services is not submitted automatically to insurance, but goes first to the patient who has to submit it to their insurance. Below is my previous review: would have left this hospital 5 stars if it weren''t for a nightmare of billing issues following my visit. The people at the hospital were very nice, however, the hospital bills separately for facility and physician services. This has been a complete nightmare with my insurance. Not much of a choice when you need to go to the nearest ER. Also not that I''ve received better patient-focused care elsewhere. US healthcare: 0/5 stars.
