From our first interaction with [name removed] [name removed] and [name removed], to when we met the staff when moving my mom, our experience has been fabulous. Everyone working there is so welcoming and wants to help the individuals living there, they are true to the word of giving. If your loved one is going through the stage in the life of memory loss, look to Charter Senior Living for their place to live. We are truly blessed to have found a place for my mom to enjoy the rest of her life.

Charter Senior Living of Orland Park was nice. We enjoyed it. They walked us around. The facility was nice. it looked like it was well-maintained and cared for. We were able to interact with some of the current residents there. They were up and moving around and active, so we were happy to see that. Some of the other places that we went to, were just sitting around in a room, not really doing anything and not engaging in anything. It looks like the residents have a little bit of freedom and they can move around and enjoy each other's company. The rooms were very nice, and even the shared rooms were nice. There is a sense of security that if we were to send my mother-in-law there, we wouldn't have to worry about her being able to get out of the secured wing. There's more than one person on staff there overnight, which we like. They showed us their arts and crafts room, they showed us a room where they usually would do exercises, they showed us their common area where they watch movies, or may have entertainment come in. They showed us the dining area, the outdoor patio that they have for them, and the hair salon.
