I’ve never witnessed such a staff only willing to do the minimum to get by. Multiple investigations by the Health Commission. Residency at an all time low. We moved our loved one out.

I do not recommend this place as long as it is owned by the present company (Vitality) It has been under heavy investigation by the state since Fall 2023. Management gets F-. My mother fell and no one notified me. She layed in the floor all night before someone found her because they stopped checking on residents at night. This happened more than once. Nurses and caregivers talk to residents like they are dogs. Meds are not distributed on time. Not a safe place at all. Reply: I have the paper work on the state investigation. Glad to share with anyone. Maristone is not safe.

I worked there for almost a year. I needed to go out for knee surgery. Well i didn''t qualify for fmla, i was informed that i will be terminated as of jan 1,2024. So while out, i not only have to rehab but now have to worry how i an going to make it financially. I truly feel it was an act of retaliation by the Executive Director. Was told i could go back, but do i really want to work for a non caring, and disrespectful company. Staff is low and residents are the ones who suffer. After new management took over, i was asked to come back to work. I came back on a monday and was told not to return. I was first told i could be full time, then it changed to prn to nothing at all. Tried to talk with hr but no response. Well i was told that they could not bring me on full time because of the budget. So they put me prn and hired a nurse and a med tech.so how does that make sense.

I worked here a few years ago. The residents were precious. IllI will be working here again soon and can''t wait to get to know the current residents and staff.
I visited as a Nurse and I was very impressed. The residents were all gathered doing a game together and seemed very happy. The community is clean, no odors, and is welcoming. I visited as a Nurse and I was very impressed. The residents were all gathered doing a game together and seemed very happy. The community is clean, no odors, and is welcoming. All the staff are helpful whenever I am in visiting. I met the fairly new Director and she has a number of years experience in managing Assisted Livings and Memory Care and seems dedicated to excellence. They value Veterans as well. The location is great, close to a hospital and clinics.
