My Aunt was very weak after a hospital stay. She went to Emerald Care for physical therapy and they have done a very good job getting her back on her feet. The nurses and staff have been attentive and very respectful while caring for her. The first thing I noticed when walking into the facility is how clean it was. A clean facility, staff that provides dignity to their patients, and gives the patient required therapy they need as well, what more can we ask for?

My brother has been there for a short time the second day there he called me and said he wanted out of their. He said that they are rude and doesn''t take care of him or give him his meds. He can''t take care of himself and he needs help with everything! Why can''t these nursing homes take care of our loved ones like they should? They wouldn''t want their loved ones treated that way.

I''ve been here 2 days and have never once been offered my meds unless I ask. I am on important antibiotics that I am sure don''t say "TAKE PRN" on the bottle. I am sure they aren''t going to offer me my bedtime med even tho they were happy to take it from me.
The food sucks
Beautiful facility with personable staff. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to work or live.
